Christopher Walken has joined the family crime drama Potsdamer Platz.
The film centres on two soldiers in a New Jersey-based crime family who try to expand internationally.
Mickey Rourke and Javier Bardem have been cast in the film, with offers are still out to Jason Statham, Al Pacino, and Gene Hackman, although the latter is expected to turn the role down and stay retired.
Tony Scott (The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3) will direct a script written David Scinto and Louis Mellis (Sexy Beast).
Filming will begin January in Puerto Rico.
