It is one thing to put together a cast of all-star talent and quite another to have them deliver on expectations. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy does just that, mixing veteran actors (Colin Firth, Mark Strong, John Hurt) with up and coming talent (Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hardy) to create an impressive supporting cast, as character actor extraordinaire Gary Oldman leads the charge with another chameleon performance as introverted spy George Smiley.
